Back in team sports I wasn't as busy as anticipated. I did have a disgruntled customer who had, had an issue the previous time she was in and I talked it over with her to find out the problem, then proceeded to call the manager over who took her away, to take care of her. I had never really had an experience with upset customers so it was a great learning experience on how to mange them and make them leave happy if at all possible. The rest of the day was spent organizing the ball wall and helping the rest of the customers that were in my section.
