Make sure that your heart is truly in it and you’re doing this for the right reasons. This job is tough and demands a lot from you. If you are thin-skinned and/or act foolishly then you will not survive this career long. Yet if you come at it the right way it will easily be the most rewarding job you will ever have. You will have a lasting impact in the lives of others. Honestly I think that’s the coolest part.
