This weekend I worked back in my home department, golf. On Saturday my work was predominately in the area of ungripping and regripping clubs for the customers. The process was that the customer bought the grips, then brought them back to the counter, with their clubs, and then we handled it from there. The process for me took a second since I was by myself but once I was calmed and got in a groove, it went smoothly and quickly, and the customer left satisfied.
Then on Sunday, the 28th, I had to pull the signs off of the merchandise, then find each of the replacements for the signs and then placed them in their proper place. This was the first time I had to do it so it took a lot longer than it should have but the job was done. The rest of the day was spent providing customer service, but a predominately slow day.
