July 3rd was quite slow. Probably the slowest day of my short tenure at Dick's. I only regripped three sets up clubs, and repaired only one club, a driver. In my spare time, I was working on the 3-D swing monitor, making sure it was as accurate as it can be, which is essential when we are fitting a customer with the club or clubs, that they need. Also I was developing my customer service even more, even if the person had no intentions of buying something at the time. We pride ourselves on customer service and I had every intention of not disappointing. Following this shift, I found out I had to work overnights for the Dick's Sporting Goods in Easton.
